IC REALTIME BUNKER SAFE GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The IC Realtime Bunker Safe Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by IC Realtime, LLC (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with CEDIA Expo or its organizers.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, and who are registered attendees of CEDIA Expo 2026.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and other parties directly involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins when the IC Realtime exhibit opens at CEDIA Expo 2026 and ends at the close of the IC Realtime booth on the final day of the show (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible attendees may enter by:

Visiting IC Realtime at Booth #1311 at CEDIA Expo 2026;
Completing a demonstration of the Bunker platform; and
Providing the requested contact information/business card for entry into the Giveaway.

No purchase is required.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Prize
One (1) eligible winner will receive the Bunker Safe displayed/promoted in connection with the Giveaway.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $400.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor will arrange standard shipment of the prize to an eligible U.S. address provided by the winner. Any costs or expenses not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.

The potential winner may be required to respond within [5] business days of the first notification attempt and may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete any documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.

8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or documentation necessary for applicable tax reporting.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, company name, city and state, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, event cancellation, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and promotional partners from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and may also be used in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy and the entrant's marketing preferences.

13. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.
